@psNET, the Customer Care division

This division is composed of technical and professional workers in applicative systems of hardware and software with the aim of satisfy the Customer in terms of the assistance needed for the activation and maintenance of the system. And this is both before and than the purchases.

This division works both for the MIT and PAL systems in terms of:
Technical and telematic consulting on fixed and mobile communications networks, systems of vehicles management, monitoring, telemetry, tele control and systems for the local public administration;
Technical assistance before and after the purchases with help desk, assistance on-site, tele assistance solutions;
Maintenance of the hardware and networks equipments;
Improvement and legislative software updating.
