A.P.Systems is a group with more than 130 employers that it is present on the national territory with 5 offices, 2 bases in foreign countries as Rumanian and Poland and a headquarters here in Magenta. Since 1986 A.P.Systems has been working in the Information and Communication System Technology for the realization of automation plans for the Public Administration and private business. More than 1000 Italian towns use the informatics solutions created and developed by the R&D group of Magenta and some of the most important Italian and European cities work with the A.P.Systems technology for the management and control systems of the public transport (ex. Bus).
Thanks to the great and always in evolution competence and experiences of A.P. Systems, it is always been involved by Italian and European commissions for having its contribute in special projects dedicated to innovations and improvement of the Public Administration as the Electronic Identity Card, the Digital Signature, the centralized system for the Anagraphic Management and the Registry Office of Rumanian and so on… This has permitted the knowledge not only the business reality, but also the territorial context, the city of Magenta, where the firm is.
The founder that is also the only Administrator and president of the group is Renzo Bassetto who has expanded the business range opening a new division of engineer and telecommunication linked to the information systems: it's the MIT (Mobile Information Technology). It's able to design and to realize complex systems of control and monitoring of motor vehicle, offices, squares … and industries using the wireless technology (GSM/GPRS/UMTS).
