The sperimentation of the SIMAP has finished with great success: today the PA in Rumanian manage with success and with security the registry office through Internet.

The SIMAP project, that is fully designed and realized by A.P. SYSTEMS, has just finished the experimental phase demonstrated how the technology of today can help the PA both in the internal work phase and in the relationship with the citizen. Today, in Rumanian the Home Office has a data bank that is automatically composed by all the events of the registry office that happen in the towns of Cornu and Targoviste. The same informations come also both from the Office and from the Towns for the development of administrative process through an Internet portal system that soon it will be accessible with security measures and privacy care also for the applicant. The last March 2004 in the Home Office of Bucharest the delegation of the Italian Ministry of the Production Activities, which came from Rome, the Rumanian under-secretary of the State and the local representation of the Italian Embassy have had the opportunity to see the system in its whole functions having a lot of satisfactions for the technological and organizations results. The Italian and Rumanian Ministry are now defining the terms of expansions of this system in a way that it would be accessible for all the Romanian Towns in order to have also a cover at a national level. The modern solution and the technological chose are the landmark of this solution which permits to every country (Italy too) to utilize the potentiality to come up with important solutions as the build of a central archive about the registry office informations and usufruct of Institutions that need to be controlled without obliged to the citizen to have certifications about it.

The SIMAP project has been approved with the law of the 28th December 2001 by the Italian Ministry of the Production Activities to promote the international process of the Italian business in foreign Countries.
